The ticket office is also open two hours prior to all performances in the main theatre and one hour prior to all performances in the Studio Theatre.

You may order tickets over the phone by calling 321-242-2219 during the ticket office hours of operation. The King Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for phone purchases.  

The King Center website is the only authorized online ticket seller for our performances. Save money and protect yourself from scams and scalpers by only purchasing tickets through our website or in person at our ticket office. 
 

Your tickets will be delivered to you in the manner you select during the purchasing process. Most ticketholders have received either print-at-home tickets or mobile tickets. After making your purchase online, you received two emails - one is your receipt, and one is the tickets. Follow the instructions in the email to ensure you bring a readable ticket with you.

Tickets can be mailed to you via USPS.   

Will-Call   
The will-call window is open one hour prior to performances to collect your tickets the day of the show. 

Print At Home  
Your tickets can be printed at home on your desktop printer. After making your purchase online, you will receive two emails – one is your receipt, and one is the tickets to be printed. Follow the instructions in the email to ensure you bring a readable ticket with you on the day of the event.  

Mobile Tickets   
Your tickets can be saved to your phone and scanned on your mobile device at the venue. After making your purchase online, you will receive two emails – one is your receipt, and one is the tickets. Follow the instructions in the email to ensure you have saved a readable ticket with you on the day of the event.   

Doors usually open 1 hour before showtime.

The King Center facility is only open for scheduled performances and events, or by appointment as scheduled. For a schedule of upcoming King Center events, please review our Schedule of Events listing on our website.  

Security checks are still in place for entry. Please observe the guidelines to allow for a quick and contactless entry: 
- No weapons of any kind are allowed into the King Center. This includes pocket knives, and concealed weapons (per $790.06, Florida Statutes) 
- All bags are subject to search. 
- Please review our bag policy prior to arriving at the venue. 

Please distribute a ticket to each member of your party. We recommend displaying the tickets on your mobile device. 

NO non-clear bags larger than 4.5”x8.5”x2”.  

APPROVED BAGS: 

• Wristlets or wallets 4.5"x8.5"x2" or smaller. 

• Clear bags up to 12"x6"x12". 

• Clear, one (1) gallon plastic resealable storage bag. 

As of 2022, we have moved to a clear bag policy at the King Center. To help provide a safe environment and expedited entry, our policy limits the size and types of bags that may be brought into the King Center. Special assistance, ADA and medical bag access is upon review at one of our entrance security checkpoints. 

Preferred parking close to the theatre is available for L3Harris Technologies Theatre main stage performances; $10 in advance or $15 on the day of the performance. Free parking is also available on site.

King Center concessions are open one hour before most shows. We offer a variety of drinks and snacks available for purchase, including a full liquor bar. Many of our shows also feature a one-night-only signature cocktail special, created in the theme of that evening's event!

All King Center concessions are cashless transactions. As of August 2022, our ticket office sells $25 Visa gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased at ticket office with cash and with no associated fees. Available only in $25 increments.

The King Center strives to make the theatre experience enjoyable and comfortable for all guests and offers a variety of accessibility services: Parking, Ramp, Wheelchair, Assistive Listening Devices, Sign Language Interpretation, Low Vision Accessibility and Large Print Programs.

Please be advised that the seats in the grand tier are numbered with seat 1 being the furthest away from the elevator and seat 60 being the closest. 

• Wheelchair accessible parking spaces are in the parking lot closest to the front of the theatre. Ramp access is marked.  

• Wheelchair accessible seating is located on the orchestra level. 

• Wheelchair assistance is available at the guest services/information desk in the lobby (notify any usher for assistance). 

• Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor. 

• Wheelchair and other mobility device storage is available if you wish to transfer to a theatre seat.  

• Elevator access is available to the mezzanine/Crown Club level as well as row PP in the grand tier. 

• Low vision accessibility (inquire when purchasing tickets) and assistive listening devices (inquire at the guest services desk) are available upon request. 

• Service animals are permissible, however, emotional support animals do not qualify. 

• Large print programs are available (for shows that offer a printed program).

The King Center membership program, known as the Crown Club, provides several different levels of membership support for the King Center. The Lexus Lounge at the Crown Club typically opens 90 minutes prior to showtime for private bar services and heavy hor d'oeuvres.

Occasionally, the King Center photographs and films our patrons and events for the venue's marketing efforts. By entering an event or program at the King Center, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media for King Center marketing or other purposes including social media. 

The following items are prohibited inside the King Center. All patrons entering the building are subject to search.  

Firearms or weapons of any kind

Crown Club

You may choose your exact seat location by purchasing tickets on our website, calling the ticket office at 321-242-2219, or visiting the ticket office in person. When you purchase tickets, you will always have access to the best seats currently available. 

Groups enjoy special benefits and discounts may be offered for select shows. Call 321-433-5824 for more information and reservations. 

For some family-oriented shows, a child younger than one year old may be permitted into the theatre without a ticket, if the child is sitting on a parent or guardian’s lap. For most shows, ALL children, including infants, must have a ticket to enter the theatre. If you are planning to bring your child to the King Center and would like to know if he or she will need a ticket, please call the ticket office at 321-242-2219 to speak to a King Center representative. This policy is subject to change without notice pending artist contractual requirements. 

The King Center hosts our signature event, Party on the Patio, as a pre-party to select performances on your schedule. The event is held outside on our patio two hours prior to the show starting at the main theatre. Mahi tacos, shrimp skewers, grilled wings, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, black bean burgers, and street corn are available for purchase. Visit your Schedule of Events page to check for Party on the Patio dates and details.

Food and beverages sold inside of the King Center are allowed in the theatre for shows unless otherwise noted by the presenter. No outside food or beverage is allowed at the venue. 

King Center personnel have been thoroughly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safety of all patrons.
