Mask Policy: Use of masks are optional and at the discretion of individual patrons

Clear Bag Policy:

• Clear Bags up to 12"x6"x12" or 1 Gallon Resealable Storage Bag ONLY
• Small Wristlets / wallets will still be allowed
• (4.5" x 8.5" x 2")
• NO LARGE PURSES OR BAGS ALLOWED IN

• Meet the characters of Elmo and Friends and say Hello! $65.50 per ticket
• Photo Experience add-on DOES NOT include a ticket to the event,
• Each member of the party (adult and children 2 years of age and older) must have a VIP ticket to participate. All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Original purchaser will check in with matching photo ID prior to event to receive passes. Photo experience will start shortly after the end of the show.
• Please make sure to bring your camera/smartphone, as you will want to capture every moment!
• Packages cannot be transferred, original purchaser with photo ID is required at check-in.
