School Group Tickets

Shows do sell out!  Group Leaders, order your school shows in advance!

Enjoy the benefit of best available seating, discounted ticket prices and personalized assistance for your group.  Advance purchases are strongly encouraged.  For your convenience, groups (10 or more) can be requested by the form below.

GROUP SALE PROCESS:

1. Download your copy of the Theatre for Youth and Outreach brochure on the Resources page and choose your shows.
2. Open a Purchase Order with Your Bookkeeper (Public Schools).
3. Complete the form below to request School Group tickets -- OR --download the full order form below and submit by fax 321-433-5817 or by post 3865 N Wickham Road, Melbourne 32935 attention TFY dept.
4. A confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you, along with any study materials.  Please note the payment due date when you receive your reservation confirmation.
5. Remit payment as soon as possible to ensure the best available seats.  (We reserve the right to revise the payment due date when an event reaches capacity more than three months from the event date)
6. Once payment is made your seat assignment is guaranteed. A PAID RECEIPT and/or TICKETS will be sent to you for admission to the auditorium.
7. Prepare students for show day using the study resource materials, to enrich and augment the live theatre experience.
8. If you are a group of 20 or more and not receiving tickets, bring your receipt with you on the day of the show for admission. Tickets are given to groups with twenty or fewer people unless special arrangements were previously made.

To ensure that our accounting records remain accurate, cancellation requests are only accepted in writing and can be sent by email, fax or mail. You will be liable for 50% of the total due and payable to the King Center for any cancellation requests received less than 10 business days from the event date.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: King Center ticket office (321) 242-2219 or via our online ticketing.  Tickets not purchased as part of a group package are subject to per ticket handling charge. All patrons, including infants are required to have a ticket for admission to the auditorium.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE.
