•A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of the order.
•Be attentive to the payment due date when the confirmation is sent to you. Remit payment as soon as possible to ensure and guarantee best available seating for your group.
•There are no refunds or exchanges on seats purchased. If you need to cancel, notification must be sent in writing and received not less than 10 business days from the event date. All patrons including infants and bus drivers are required to have a ticket for admission. Groups of 10 or more not holding tickets must present a paid receipt for admission to the theatre. NO EXCEPTIONS.
