Online Ticketing Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to all online ticket orders for events ordered from Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts Ticket Office (hereafter referred to as KCPA Ticket Office). By submitting your order you agree to these terms and conditions. Please note that: Due to the nature of live theatrical bookings, programs, dates and times are subject to change.
Review your event, date and seating area selection carefully before submitting your order. There are no cancellations or refunds and exchange fees may apply. Your order is subject to acceptance by KCPA Ticket Office. Please verify that your phone number and all other information on your order is correct before submitting as you may be contacted should questions arise.
Exchanges of a show's performance for which you are currently ticketed into another performance of the same show may be made at the KCPA Ticket Office or call 321-242-2219 for assistance.
Subscribers may exchange their tickets up to 24 hours prior to the ticketed performance time. Subscriber exchanges are $1 per ticket up until one week prior to the show and $5 per ticket thereafter. FREE seat upgrades are available on the day of the performance if better seating is available. Exchanges are at the discretion of KCPA Ticket Office subject to availability.
Specific seating requests, such as wheelchair accessible seating can be purchased at 321-242-2219 or at the ticket counter at the KCPA Ticket Office.
Special services are available for persons with disabilities. Please specify your needs when ordering tickets. Large-print versions of programs are available upon request.
Discounted tickets are available with promotion codes on a production-by-production basis and are not available for all performances.
Computer system failure or error shall not be the responsibility of Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts.

Ticket agents are available in the ticket office two hours prior to showtime and through intermission, for your convenience.
Theater Policies and Practices
Resale of Tickets/Statute 817.36: A person or entity that offers for resale or resells any ticket may charge only $1 above the admission price charged by the original ticket seller of the ticket.
Late seating is at the discretion of the House Management and may not be available at all performances. In consideration of all theater-goers, please arrive in plenty of time to park and arrive at your seat in time for the scheduled curtain.
Cell phones and beepers may not be used in the theater.
Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the theater. The taking of photos during a performance violates our contract with the actors, it can distract them and negatively affect the show. Pre and post show photography also is not permitted.
Food and drink are not allowed in the theater as a general rule. Exceptions are made for select performances. Ask an usher or concessions attendant for details.
Everyone must have a ticket, including infants, due to safety concerns.
Children are welcome in our theater.
Note: Occasionally, individual productions may have recommended age limits. It is always up to the parents/guardian to make the determination if an event is age appropriate for his/her charge. No refunds.
