Brant Menswar
Chief Experiences Officer, Banding People

  • Singer, Songwriter, Social Activist, Husband, Father, Consultant. That’s how Brant Menswar describes himself.
  • He is the Chief Experience Officer for Banding People Together, a performance improvement consultancy consisting of a select group of rock stars, hit songwriters, and collaboration experts that help organizations align people and process.
  • Menswar is an award winning singer/songwriter, best known for fronting the acclaimed Americana band, Big Kettle Drum. He has served as the Vice President of Business Development for the world’s largest receivables management company as well as started several successful Internet marketing dot-coms.
  • His work has influenced the culture of companies like ESPN, Microsoft, Cisco, Sony Pictures, Hard Rock International, Hilton and others. He also serves as the founding co-pastor of Nomad Community Church in Melbourne, FL and sits on the Board of Directors for Children’s Home Society of Brevard and the Orlando-based Be Brave Foundation.

The Simpkins Series is named after Bernard Simpkins, a highly successful entrepreneur and Brevard County business leader who established the sessions that have brought some of the nation’s top business innovators to Eastern Florida State College.
